Since my son was born, I've been working on losing weight. I've been very interested in what I eat, and ways to keep calories and carbs as low as possible. Most of the meal plan options and prepackaged items didn't appeal to me, so I went in search of ways to do things on my own.
For my sanity and the ability to be the mom I want to be, I need simple meal prep options, easy dinners, and foods that taste great but don't trash my entire day's efforts.
