Makes 3 Servings
1 pound of lean ground turkey
1 cup of carrot chips
2 cups of broccoli
1 bell pepper chopped into pieces
3 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce
1 teaspoon minced garlic
2 teaspoons onion flakes
Place the turkey into a large skillet with the minced garlic and onion flakes.
Brown the turkey (5 to 10 minutes) on medium heat and drain the fat if necessary.
Immediately after draining the fat, pour in the teriyaki sauce and stir until all of the turkey has been evenly coated.
Pour in the bell pepper and carrot chips, stir and cover.
Pour in the broccoli, stir and cover.
Stir the entire skillet every few minutes until the vegetables are cooked through (about 15 minutes).
Remove from heat and serve or divide into containers for meal prep.
